Update: February, 2012: many of our specialty programs are now available, not only in our original mortgage lending footprint of: TX, OK, CO, NM, KS, AZ, MO & AR - but now also in 8 more states: CA(no ARMs), IA, NE, TN, WY,, IL (not Cook cty), LA and UT. Basic lending programs continue to be available in all 48 contiguous states - with the exceptions of:
